What Do You Like To Wear?

Everybody has their own style and preference in what they wear. Some might like casual wear, dresses, or maybe jeans. Some might also like simple T-shirt. This all depend on the person.

Me personally, I like to wear simple dress. Like this.


I like the yellow color, but I prefer it in white. 
For the footwear, I like to wear sandals. This was my favorite shoes.
It usually look like this. 

I prefer it to be red in color, because it looks nice on me. 

Well, it is a pretty simple attire, and that is what I like to wear.

A Gift that Made My Day

My first running event in KL was near my house. The event was between neighbor, and another thing was to know the people in the housing area more.

I am a runner in my hometown at Perak, so I immediately joined the running event without hesitation. It was a great experience. I got to know new interesting people, and barefoot runners.
I have always admired barefoot runners, because they are able to run barefooted and resist the roughness of the road. (I had tried once and I got bruises all over feet and it was damn painful).

The running track was 10 KM long, and it was around the huge park. I never been to that park, so this was my first time.
As usual during that event, I wore my shoes that had become my best buddy. It's my New Balance shoes, which is light in weight and got strong grip.

After that, the running started and I ended up in the 3rd place They gave me a Nike T-shirt, as a gift for the 3rd place. I totally love that T-shirt.

Nike shirt is always so expensive, so being able to have one as a gift, really made me happy. That is the best gift that made my day.

The Process of Slimming Down

For the past 2 months, my weight increase drastically. It increased by 6 KG.
I have 3 conference to attend next month and I am now in the process of cutting down my weight. I can't wear most of dress. My pants too, most of it are too tight for my legs. I love my dress but now I have to hate it because of my body. Well this is my fault.
Thanks to the fat. =.=



Cutting down my weight is totally hard. Now I have to change my eating habit, sleeping time, and eat more fruits and vegetables. I also need to do jogging twice or thrice a week.

Gosh, I need to lose at least 5 KG in a month, but is that possible?
